In order to enjoy shopping comfortably on the BLISS TOKYO site, we ask that you register as a member. Registration is free.

■ Mail magazine
If you register as a member, you can receive advantageous information and coupons from BLISS TOKYO in the e-mail magazine.
*The e-mail magazine is issued irregularly.
■ Confirmation/change of registered information
Members can check and change their e-mail address, address, delivery list, password, etc. from My Page.
■ Check/change ID password
If you have forgotten your ID registration password, please check it from the password reminder.
*You can change your password from My Page.
About the product
■ Please note that items in stock may be sold at the same time at exhibitions, etc., so even items that were displayed as being in stock at the time of ordering may be out of stock.
In that case, we will contact you by e-mail separately.
■ Specifications/Design Depending on the lighting in the image, the design, color, etc. of the product you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.
Since natural flowers and natural stones are used, deterioration may be accelerated depending on the storage method.
■ About sale/outlet products We cannot accept cancellations, returns, changes to your order, or additional orders after your order has been confirmed.
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will refund your money if we do not have it in stock.
The price written on the tag attached to the delivered product may differ from the purchase price.

We cannot accept reshipments due to reasons such as unknown address or long-term absence.

We ask that you pay 330 yen for each product.
We will put the product in our original cosmetic box,
