About returns and exchanges

With the exception of some products, it is possible to accept returns for customer convenience. We ask that you only pay for the shipping fee when returning the product.

*Please be sure to contact us by email in advance. Please note that we cannot accept returns without contacting us in advance.
*We cannot accept returns for the following items.
・Products that have passed more than a week since the product arrived
・Used products
・Products with damaged or missing products, packages, or accessories
・When the orderer and the recipient are different
2. We will inform you about the return procedure.
3. Please return the product to our store with "advance payment".
* If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from your order, the response will be different.
* Please be sure to return the product in a way that allows you to check the "tracking number" so that the product will not be lost when returning it. In addition, we ask for your cooperation in specifying "fragile" depending on the strict packaging and the product. If there is any damage that is not pointed out in advance as a reason for return when it arrives at our company, we will not be able to respond to exchanges, returns, or refunds. Please note.
4. As soon as we confirm the arrival of the returned product, we will process the refund.
